These rules are exhibited at the entrance of the camping, with your income you accept all of them.

ARRIVAL : you must present the documents at the Reception for the registration. The persons under 18 can enter only if accompanied by a parent or an adult.
In high season, for the place reserved the arrival can be between 10.00 - 13.00 and 15.00 -20.00.

DEPARTURE : the place must be left between 07.00 and 10.00. After that time, it will be charged one day more

CARAVAN and MAXI-CARAVAN: at the day of arrival, the keys will be given only after 16.00 and before 20.00. The day of departure, the structure must be left in good conditions (otherwise euro 35,00 will be extra charged) after 07.00 and before 10.00

DEPOSIT : at the arrival, we ask for a deposit of euro 100,00 for Maxi-Caravan and euro 50,00 for Caravan. The amount will given back after having verified by the person in charge, that the structures are in good conditions.

THE PLACE :The place is given by the Reception according with the requests of the client, if possible.
Every change of place must be authorized by the Reception as well as any kind of structure in addition at the main one. For each place we ask to grant the presence of minimum two persons.
The Reception could not accept some undesirable guest or those in excess.
Any change of presence by our guest must be notify to our Reception, otherwise it will be charged as well the period in which you were absent.

REST-TIME : we ask our guest to respect strictly the rest-time between 13.00 – 15.00 and between 23.00-07.00. In that time is forbidden to make any loud noise, use the park the for children, drive motorcycle.

TV, RADIO : are not allowed inside the camping.

CARS: It is forbidden, inside the Camping, to drive with cars or motorcycles; none can enter with the car for a visit; to wash car or Caravan; parking in other places and not in yours.
The pass given at your arrival has to be exhibited in the car and we ask to drive slowlier as possible. The Reception is not responsible for damages caused by others to Caravan, cars or Camper of our guest.

OTHERS RULES : It is strictly forbidden to damage trees and all the structures in the Camping as well as surround the place. For rubbish and paper must be used the special receiver. Clothes and dishes must be washed in special sinks.
It is not allowed to wash during the rest-time (13.00-15.00)and after 23.00
It’s forbidden to use the special sinks for dishes to wash clothes.

FIRES AND BARBECUE: It is also strictly forbidden to make any kind of fire. To barbecue, is possible but with little gas-grill only.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS : each guest has to look after his own objects. The Reception is not responsible in case of loss.

BEACH : On the beach is not allowed to leave boats, rubber boats, undercarriages without a special authorization of the Reception, as well as for fires on the beach. These restrictions are into the regulations in force of the Port Authorities.
The gate to the beach is closed between 23.00 and 07.00.

VISITORS : The Reception reserve the faculty to accept the entrance of visitors or one-day guests. After the first our they have to pay the daily fee according to our regulations. Visitors and guests are allowed only after having left a documents at the Reception.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RESERVATIONS

PLACES: in high season, we accept reservations for at least 10 days and from Saturday to Saturday.

MAXI-CARAVAN and CARAVAN : in high season we accept only weekly reservations.

PAYMENT: we accept reservation per telephone, fax, or e-mail, and it become effective only after having received in 7 days the payment of the deposit requested. After that terms, the reservation will be considered cancelled. The payment can be done by a postal order, credit card or bank transfer.

CANCELLATION : in the case the notice is given by letter 15 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be left to be used for another reservation in the following season (not longer).
After terms, the deposit will be deduct as penalty.

DELAYED ARRIVALS OR EARLY DEPARTURES FOR RESERVATIONS : according to the reservation, it must be paid the amount for the whole period reserved.

The entry in our Camping, involve the acceptance and respect of this regulation that can be changed and/or integrated, by the Reception, with other rules for the improvement and a better running of the Camping.
The staff of the Camping Casa di Caccia is authorized to let respect the regulation and notify any non-compliance of it to the Reception.
The persons non-observant will be immediately sent away.
