GENERAL CONDITIONS:

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
The request form is not binding and does not act as a contract, neither for the client nor for the Camping Casa di Caccia.
The reservation request represents an “Order Form“ and therefore is binding for the client but not binding for the Camping, that remains free not to accept the booking.
The booking confirmation of the camping sent to the client is binding for both parties and establishes the drawing up of the contract with booking option.
If requested, the client must send the deposit or credit card details, within the time period indicated by the reception of the campsite, in order to clear the options and confirm the booking definitely.
Afterwards the Camping Casa di Caccia will send a confirmation letter and a final voucher to the customer, who must show it at the Check-In.
All reservations must be confirmed by fax or e-mail, accepting the cancellation conditions of the camping. The present rules are exposed at the direction of the Camping, and the entry constitutes the full acceptance of them.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Booking and Payment:
The reservation becomes binding only at the moment of the reception of the deposit payment receipt ( for mobile homes and caravans is the 30% of the total cost of the stay ; for the pitches is 100.00 € per week and 31.00 € (from 01/07/12to 31/08/12) as fix costs of reservations.
The mobile homes can be booked from Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to Sunday, for a minimum of two weeks during the mid and high season.
During the low season are also accepted reservations for less than a week (min. 2 nights).
During the mid and high season the pitches can be booked from Saturday to Saturday for a minimum of two weeks.
Late payments will not guarantee the booking confirmation.
The payment of Balance:
For the mobile homes the balance is due upon arrival. Extras such as linen, guests ,etc.. must be settled the day before the departure.
For the pitches the balance is required the day before the departure by 6.00 p.m...
Arrival:
Campers are required to give their identity documents for the registration. Minors are allowed only if accompanied by their parents or relatives over 18 years old. Guests must wear the identification bracelet ,which will be given upon the arrival at the Reception.
Arrival time:
Check in for the camping reservations is from 10.00 a.m to 1.00 p.m. and from 3.00 pm to 8.00 p.m. Check-in for mobile homes and caravans rental is from 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm.
Deposit for mobile homes or Caravans:
On arrival clients must leave at the reception a deposit of 100.00 € for the mobile homes or 50.00 € for Caravans. This amount will be refunded on the departure, after that the integrity of the accommodation and its contents has been checked by the staff.
Departures:
On the day of departure, the pitches must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. After that time will be charged an extra day.
Check out for mobile homes or caravans for rent:
The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. and left in clean conditions (otherwise will be charged 35.00 € for the cleaning). After 10.00 a.m. will be charged an additional day of stay.
Seasonal clients:
In the period from the 1st June to the 31st August for the occupation of the pitch ,will be applied the daily minimum fee, corresponding to the cost of two adults plus the cost of the pitch.
Presence Changes:
The guests must inform the check-in employees about their moves and their absence. Failure to observe this provision will result in the payment of the period of absence too.
Visitors:
The Management reserves the right to allow the entry of visitors and daily visitors.
If the visit lasts more than 1 hour they will be required to pay the daily rate shown at the reception. Guests can enter only after leaving an identification document at the reception of the Camping place.
Quiet hours:
From 1.00 p.m. to 3.00 p.m. and from 11.30 p.m. to 7 a.m noises that may disturb the others are strictly forbidden. During these hours is forbidden to form noisy groups, to use the playground, and circulate with motor vehicles.
Washing dishes and laundry:
Dishes and laundry should be washed in the appropriate sinks. It is forbidden to wash the dishes during the quiet hours from 1.00 pm to 3.00 pm and after 11.30 p.m.
Pitch assignation:
Pitches are assigned by the management, if possible, taking in consideration the guests requests. Unauthorized changes are forbidden. It is forbidden to set accessory structures, if not authorized by the management.
Cars:
It is not allowed to use cars and motorbikes, except to enter and leave the campsite. The times of entry for vehicles are shown at the Reception of the campsite. Cars must be parked in the given pitch and never parked in other free pitches. The vehicles speed must be as low as possible. Visitors are never allowed to enter by car into the campsite. The coupon that is delivered upon arrival must be shown on the windshield of the car in order to help the controls at the entrance of the campsite. It is not allowed to wash cars and caravans inside the campsite. The camping place is not responsible for damages caused by third parties to cars and caravans of the camping guests.
Plants:
It is strictly forbidden to damage plants and equipments. It is also forbidden any fence to the assigned pitch. Paper and waste must be thrown in the special containers.
Restrictions:
Dogs are not allowed. It is forbidden to light fires in the open. The Management can give the permission to use small gas grills.
Personal belongings:
Guests are responsible of their personal belongings. The Management assumes no responsibility in case of thefts or lost of personal belonging.
Beach:
On the beach it’s forbidden to light fires, deposit boats, canoes, carts without prior written consent of Management. These prohibitions are also considered in the current regulation of the Port Authority. The gate of the beach is closed from 11.00 p.m. to 7.00 a.m.
Laundry:
For mobile homes the laundry is not included but can be rented on request. The complete set ( including sheets, pillowcases, towels, face towels and bath towels) is 25.00 € .
The laundry will be changed only upon request , at the same price (subject to availability).
Safeguard Clause:
The Management reserves the right to change the pitch or mobile homes number at any time it deems appropriate, respecting the characteristics of the accommodation / pitch booked.
Booking Cancellation:
In case of cancellation up to two weeks before the date of arrival, the Management will retain the 50% of the amount paid; after that period no refund will be given.
Late arrival or early departure with reservation:
In case of late arrival or early departure, the full amount of the stay must be paid.
Entrance to the camping involves the acceptance and full compliance with the above-stated rules ,which can be supplemented, in part, by additional rules that the Management deems appropriate to issue for its better functioning.
The camp staff is authorized to make it respect it and to notify the Management of any violation.
The violators will be immediately expelled from the campsite.

Always respecting the Nature, the Camping Casa di Caccia, in order to assure the best service and for an always better functioning of the Camping, have got the certification according to the rules of UNIEN ISO 14001:2004

INFORMATIONS

high season the minimum stay is estimated at 7 days.

Departures: from 7.00 to 10.00.
After 10.00 am will be charged an additional day of stay.

Guests and visitors, are permitted subject to management approval, the cost for the first hour of the 50% rate, over an hour, the daily cost of the visitor.
Services: inside the camp are available washing machines and dryers, coin-operated showers. Wireless in the camping area.
Upon request we provide bicycles and mountain bikes (including children).
At the campsite restaurant service is available for half board, bookable at reception.
E 'permitted to do only with gas grill.
It is not allowed to use radios, televisions, bring dogs or pets.
It is not permitted to use barbecue

Acceptance: in high season from 8.30 to 20.00.
